- Raw material sourcing — certified alloys with mill certs and MTRs from approved suppliers
- CNC machining — all operations performed in-house at our West Chester, PA facility
- Surface finishing — anodizing, plating, heat treatment, and coatings through AS9100-approved processors
- Hardware procurement — fasteners, inserts, seals, and bought-out components to your BOM
